Since 2002, the Forest Lake Airport has held an annual Open House and Fly-Inevent on the
third Saturday of August.
The tenth annual Open House and Fly-In was held last year
on Saturday August 20, 2011.

Through the generous volunteer efforts of 15 local EAA pilots, 179 rides were provided free of charge to children 8-17
years of age as part of the Young Eagles program to provide a meaningful flight experience in a General Aviation aircraft.
